Shipping Information
- We ship all orders through USPS Priority Mail
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped only within the United States.
- If the item is in stock your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
All items are carefully wrapped in non-tarnish tissue paper before being placed in gift boxes prior to shipping. Gift wrapping is available upon request.
Return Policy
If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase please follow our return policy below to help insure the return will go without error.
- Return the merchandise postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
- Email SageCreekCreations.com or call our studio 740-879-4282 for a return authorization number. Please record this number on the outside of the package to be returned.
- All item(s) to be returned must be in their original unused condition. All tags, labels, and boxes must be included in your return.
- Take care in preparing the item(s) for shipment. Damaged items from improper packaging will not be accepted.
- All returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service. For your protection we recommend purchasing insurance since we can’t take responsibility of the merchandise until it reaches are studio.
- Once your package has been received a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and another when processed. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Damage
Do not dispose of any of the packaging or merchandise. Doing so could possibly void any damage claim, at which point no credit or replacement of the merchandise will be issued.
We ship all of our merchandise insured so contact our studio immediately upon receipt of any damaged merchandise so we can aid you in filing a claim with the US Postal Service.
Guarantee and Repair Policy
We guarantee all jewelry to be free from defects in craftsmanship upon delivery. In the event the jewelry should fail due to faulty materials we will make the repair free of charge.
Please follow the steps below when making a return for repair:
- Email SageCreekCreations.com or call the studio at 740-879-4282 for a repair authorization number. Please record this number on the outside of the package to be returned.
- Take care preparing the item for shipment to avoid further damage. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
- If the item breaks it is necessary all of the parts are recovered and returned for repair. In some instances we can provide missing pieces if they are still available in our inventory.
- All returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service. For your protection we recommend purchasing insurance since we can’t take responsibility for the merchandise until it reaches our studio.
- Once we receive the item we will make your repair a priority and ship it back to you expeditiously.
